Who we are
Refze is referee scheduling, recruitment, and retention software for leagues, schools, and assignors. In this statement, "Refze", "we", and "us" mean the operators of refze.com. If you have any question about your data, email [email protected].
What we collect, and why

Cookies & tracking
Our marketing site (this website) sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers. The only cookie that may be set is a functional one from Cloudflare Turnstile, the anti-spam check on our sign-up form — it exists solely to tell humans from bots and carries no advertising profile. The Refze app stores a small amount of data (like a sign-in token) in your browser strictly to keep you logged in and make the app work.
Who we share data with
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers strictly to run Refze:
- Hosting — our servers and database run on a cloud host to operate the site and app.
- Email delivery (Resend) — to send confirmations, sign-in links, and notifications.
- Payments (Stripe) — only if you subscribe; Stripe processes cards under its own terms.
- Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) — to keep spam and bots off the sign-up form.
Each provider only receives what it needs to do its job, and is bound by its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account or lead is active, and only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless we're required to keep some of it (for example, tax records for completed payments).
Your choices & rights
- Access or correct your data — email us and we'll help.
- Delete your data — email [email protected] and we'll remove it.
- Unsubscribe from any non-essential email using the link in the message.
- Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights to access, port, or restrict processing of your data. Email us to exercise them.
Children
Refze is used by leagues and schools, and some officials are minors. We only store the information a league needs to schedule and pay its officials, provided by the league. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children through this marketing site. If you believe a minor's data has been provided incorrectly, contact us and we'll address it.
Changes to this statement
If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, note it on the site. Continued use of Refze after an update means you accept the revised statement.
